Olivia (She/Her/Hers)

Olivia is a proud graduate of Mount Mercy University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology as well as a minor in Child and Adolescent Studies in 2024. Olivia is currently entering her second year in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Mount Mercy University. Her academic background, combined with real-world experience, fuels her compassionate and thoughtful approach to therapy.

Olivia discovered her calling to become a therapist during a meaningful internship at Tanager Place during her senior year of college. There, she worked closely with children in an inpatient setting, witnessing the resilience of adolescents and the profound difference that compassionate mental health care can make. That experience inspired her to pursue a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a focus on creating safe, supportive environments for clients of all ages. Olivia brings empathy, curiosity, and a client-centered perspective to her work. She is especially interested in supporting children, adolescents, and families.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys running and walking through her neighborhood trails and spending time with her two energetic puppies (Juno and Roxy). She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. These moments help her stay mindful and balanced, values she brings into her therapeutic relationships.
