Grace graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa where she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in human resources. As an undergraduate, Grace worked as a research assistant where she gained an appreciation for data collection and synthesis. Grace strives to implement empirically supported interventions as a student therapist. Grace has extensive experience working with children and has worked clinically with children on the
spectrum. Her experience volunteering for local and national suicide hotlines led Grace toward the field of marriage and family therapy.


Grace believes in the power of human connection in the processes of growth and healing. Honored to share space with clients, Grace regards therapy as a sacred process. Grace values collaboration in her approach to therapy, she strives to actively invite feedback from clients to foster an environment of honesty. Grace vows to challenge clients while maintaining kindness, her use of humor is active in her therapeutic approach. Grace has a great appreciation for systemic concepts and the impacts of intergenerational patterns. In her free time Grace enjoys spending time with her family and being in nature. Grace loves coffee, running, making art, and petting dogs.
