Izzy (She/Her/Hers)
"Don't let this darkness fool you. All lights turned off can be turned on.”- Noah Kahan.
Izzy graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology (Children and Adolescents concentration) and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. She has always advocated for mental health awareness, which led her to find her passion in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Izzy understands starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Opening up to someone new takes courage, and she strives to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. She believes that everyone deserves to be heard and that each person's experiences, strengths, and values are important aspects of the therapeutic process.
As a student therapist, Izzy values authenticity, empathy, and collaboration. She views therapy as a partnership and hopes to walk alongside clients as they work through challenges, build on their strengths, improve relationships, and move toward the goals that are important to them. She hopes that clients leave each session feeling understood, encouraged, and empowered.
In her free time, Izzy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, trying new coffee shops, and going to concerts. She also loves spending time with her English Bulldog, Gwen!
