Savanna graduated from Coe College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in both Psychology and Writing in 2023. Savanna originally began her career journey as a licensed hairstylist. While she enjoyed the artistic side of hairstyling, her true passion was listening to her client’s stories and learning about their lives. It was this desire to listen, to help, and to watch her clients grow that inspired her to go back to school in order to become a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Savanna leads with empathy and holds space for those who have been marginalized. She believes that therapy must be a collaborative, and introspective process. Savanna enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and strives to create a gender-affirming, LGBTQIA-friendly atmosphere. When not at the Olson Clinic, you may find Savanna lounging with her two cats, Varro and Rollo.
