Rebecca (she/her/hers)
Rebecca has a master’s degree in education and taught elementary-aged students for thirteen years. As a teacher, mom, wife, and friend, she sees how multiple systems intersect to create our varied life experiences. After a few years of substantial shifts in her life, Rebecca knows that even the smallest changes in our systems can lead to increased peace and happiness.
In her practice, Rebecca holds space for all emotions and experiences, sans judgement. She believes everything we need is within us, and her work is to help you pause and notice the messages within. You might want to delve into your past or address short-term goals. Knowing that mental stressors often lead to physical symptoms, you might want to get in touch with what your body tells you about your mental distress. Whatever brings you to therapy, Rebecca promises to be an authentic and supportive witness to your experience and your growth.
Rebecca enjoys following politics and societal issues, reading, organizing, watching comedies, and meditating. Her favorite places are the ocean, the mountains, and anywhere her family’s activities take them. She appreciates slowing down for restorative rest and meaningful conversation.
