Monica graduated from Coe College where she received a bachelor of arts in Biology and Psychology, with a collateral in Neuroscience and a minor in Chemistry. With this background, she is especially interested in the mind-body connection, and helping clients understand and harness the deep impact that your thoughts and feelings have on your physical health, and vice versa.
We all need some extra support and care at times. She strongly believes that all individuals have the strength to heal, grow, and live happily. Therapy simply helps us access this strength. Monica understands that life can be challenging, and creating change can be even more challenging. She is here to work together with you to discover what you want and empower you to make the changes that are needed to reach your desired outcomes. Monica considers it an honor to get a glimpse into your deep and rich emotions, lives, and families. Therefore, she strives to offer a safe and loving space for anyone dealing with a problem, no matter how big or small.
In my free time, Monica enjoys running, reading, swimming, coaching gymnastics, and spending time with my husband, dog, and cat.
