Liz is a student therapist who believes we are all capable of progress. Life is hard sometimes and we should all be able to reach out for help. We can work on strategies to address the root of those difficulties in a safe supportive environment in order to live life to your fullest potential.
Liz has always felt drawn to helping others succeed. She graduated with a BFA from Iowa State in 2013 and worked as a designer for 8 years before building the courage to pursue her passion for people. As an abstract thinker she is fascinated by the gray area of our lives and wants to help you examine your identity, your context, and your future.
Outside the clinic Liz spends time with her family and enjoys photography, exploring the bike trails as well as finding food gems of the corridor, all with a coffee in hand.
