As a veteran, Kim recognizes that people experience innumerable types of trauma in their lives, physically, emotionally and spiritually. These experiences can leave us feeling vulnerable; and for that reason, her goal is to offer a safe and sacred space in which to learn mindfulness that is geared towards peace and healing. Her compassionate approach is grounded in empathy and non-judgment. She strives to support each and every person so they feel empowered to make the changes necessary for a healthy mind and body.

Kim has a passion for health and well-being. She has earned a degree in Nutrition and is a trauma-informed yoga instructor. In her pursuit to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, she believes everyone has an innate ability to heal and overcome adversity through self-awareness and positive connection to others.
