“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” – Martin Luther King Jr.
Jordan graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Majoring in Psychology and a Minor in Human Relations. She has worked with individuals in crisis, domestic violence, and children with Autism. Her experiences have produced enthusiasm for working with all individuals of different backgrounds.
Jordan aspires to help individuals through authentic and meaningful encounters. She believes that every individual possesses the power for personal growth and healing. All that is needed is for you to take the first step to unleash a whole staircase of possibilities. Jordan’s goal as a student therapist is to make a safe, empathetic, and accepting environment for all individuals to release their struggles.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, her 93-lb. yellow lab, traveling, and watching old movies with those she cares for most.
