Jaylen was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wartburg College majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience. Jaylen has spent time working with adolescents and young adults in several roles. She has always been passionate about helping others and has been an active advocate in her community.


Jaylen is dedicated to connecting to your humanness to cultivate a relationship that fosters growth and healing. You will find that she is open-minded, adaptable, and embodies authenticity and compassion. She understands the complexities of being human and being in relationships.


Whether it is your first time in therapy, or you have been in therapy for years, you will work with Jaylen to create a distinctive therapeutic experience that is meaningful and supportive. She is committed to helping you set and work toward your goals. You will be compassionately challenged and supported throughout your growth and healing journey. Jaylen has a deep reverence for you, your environment, and your intersectionality. It is an honor and privilege for Jaylen to join you as you share intimate moments of your life.


In her free time, Jaylen enjoys reading, taking walks and spending time at the lake. You can also find her taking a nap, swimming, spending time with loved ones, or enjoying a good TV show or movie.
