Frankline
She/Her/Hers
“Trauma is not what happened to us, but we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness”
-Peter A. Levine
Frankline holds a BA in Social Work from Mount Mercy University. She has experience in Trauma Informed Care working as a Child Welfare Social Worker. Frankline has worked with marginalized groups, children in the foster care system and families who are battling with addiction such alcohol and drugs. Frankline has seen how trauma affects children and families and is passionate about creating generational change. She has also worked closely with the elderly population as a Certified Nurse’s Aide for five years now.
Frankline is passionate about Mental Health and therapy because of how much of a difference it has made in her life. She believes that change can happen from the inside out. She aspires to help her clients understand the root of their traumas, while working with them collaboratively to create resolutions. Frankline understands that therapy may be an overwhelming process and is willing to go through that journey with you.
When Frankline is not doing therapy, you can find her doing some of the things she enjoys the most. Spending time with her family and friends, mentoring middle and high schoolers, drinking coffee and trying new things.
