Elizabeth’s goal as a therapist is to collaboratively work with individuals, couples, and families to discover their innate sense of self, while developing compassion and understanding for themselves and others. Her goal when working with diverse clients is to validate their life experiences and provide a safe and empathetic environment. Elizabeth will meet you where you are, with unconditional positive regard.
Elizabeth has a Bachelors in Dietetics and a Minor in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University. Her local and international work experiences have given her the opportunity to engage with families in different life stages and with different backgrounds. These experiences have given Elizabeth a passion for working with children, individuals, and their families.
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends, family and pets too! She loves gardening, cooking and traveling with those closest to her.
